Root Chakra
What is the root chakra? The root chakra is the first of seven chakras. We call it the root chakra because it lies at the base of the chakra system, and in your body, it lies at the base of your spine. The root chakra is associated with security, safety, grounding and provide support or foundation for living your life. In this guided meditation, I help you focus your energy on your root chakras, to connect to a deeper feeling of safety, trust and security. Before beginning this meditation, make sure you are positioned comfortably, in a quiet space, with your feet on the ground.
Heart Chakra
Third Eye Chakra
The heart chakra is the fourth chakra, and is located in the center of your chest at heart level. The heart chakra is associated with love, warmth, compassion and joy. Before beginning this meditation, make sure you are positioned comfortably, in a quiet space, with your feet on the ground.
The Third Eye chakra is the sixth chakra, located between the eyebrows, behind the forehead. The gift of the third eye is seeing, both inwardly and outwardly. When the third eye is blocked, we tend to deal with depression, anxiety and other negative moods. When our third eye is balanced, we have clarity, and hold intuition, insight and self-awareness. Before beginning this meditation, make sure you are positioned comfortably, in a quiet space, with your feet on the ground.
